The customer service from Allen Wick Candles is outstanding as is the product. I bought the Coffee Shop Candle Gift Box as a birthday gift and it was perfect from packaging to presentation to smell!

TL;DR: 10/10 would buy from them again, and again, and again, and again.... and I have ;) I've placed about 3 orders from them so far, and I can say that out of all the other places I've bought candles from, Allen Wick Candles is my favourite!! The shipping is super prompt, but the quality of the candles astounds me every time - truly better than every other place I've tried! The scents are distinct, "pure" (some candles from other places have a faint waxy smell to them, no matter the scent, but not in this case!!) smelling, and they last FOREVER. I've never been surprised by the fragrances I've gotten from them (I've tried about 15 of them so far, give or take), they smell like exactly what you'd expect in all their glory. Absolutely perfect, and now I'm always keeping an eye out for their next batch of seasonal scents!

Dessert candles are now a birthday and holiday standard. The wax melts are an all year favorite.
