Where are we located?

Our soy candle manufacturing facility and retail store is located in Keene, Ontario, Canada.

How are your soy candles made?

All of our soy candles are hand poured in small batches.  We have been making them this way for 12 years. 

Soy Candle Ingredients

- 100% plant-based soy wax

- Quality fragrance oils, that are pthalphate free

- Cotton core wicks

- Eco-friendly soy candle dye

- There are no additives in our candles

Candle Care

- When lighting your candle for the first time, and each time thereafter, allow the wax to melt all the way out to the diameter of its container.  

- Place your candle on a flat, flame retardant surface, away from drafts, children, pets, curtains, furniture, etc.

- If the flame becomes too high or flickers repeatedly the candle is more than likely burning in a draft or it’s time to trim the wick.  If you do not keep the wick trimmed and out of drafty areas, your candle will soot.

- Keep your candle protected from light. We do not use additives, which means that if exposed to long periods of light the color will fade or white candles may turn yellow.  This does not affect the performance of the candle.

- If you notice that the burn pool is not centered, while the candle is burning use a non-flammable item and gently push the base of the wick toward the correct direction.

Flat Rate Shipping of $15.00 for Canadian orders under $65.00. 

Shipping Costs for the Continental United States

Free Standard Shipping for all orders over $100.00

Flat Rate Standard Shipping of $20.00 for all orders under $100.00

When will I receive my order?

We ship out our orders in 3-6 business days. 

What do I do if I never received my order or it arrived damaged?

Please contact us at info@allenwickcandles.com.  We want our customers to be happy with their orders and will work with you to resolve any order issues.

How do I cancel an order?

Please contact us at info@allenwickcandles.com within 12 hours of placing your order.  We ship orders out fast which why we ask that you contact us within the 12-hour timeframe.  We will be happy to cancel your order.
